Trust is part of the gift. Short version: today’s story studio preview is built so your photo and details can stay in your browser while you create.
What the studio does today
When you add a photo or fill in the form on the studio page, that information is used in your browser to show a story brief. It is not uploaded to Your Story servers as part of generating that preview.
Hosting and analytics
Like most websites, the host that serves these pages may see standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested). We are not running a separate account system on this static preview.
If we add cloud features later
If we introduce saved projects, ordering, or server-side generation, we will update this page before asking you to upload photos or personal details. You should always see a clear choice before anything leaves your device.
Children
Parents and guardians should decide whether a child’s name or photo belongs in a gift story. Prefer the children’s book format for all-ages tone, and avoid placing minors in horror or true-crime roles.
